Rock wool insulation board is made of basalt and other natural minerals as the main raw materials. After melting the raw materials, a four-roll centrifugal is used to make the high-temperature basalt melt into discontinuous rock wool fibers with diameter 4~7μm . A certain amount of adhesive, dustproof oil and water repellent are added to the fiber, then through processes such as sedimentation, solidification, and cutting, a series of products with different densities are made according to different purposes .
