Construction method of insulation mineral wool board

     5. Stick insulation mineral wool board
     5.1 The insulation mineral wool board that has been smeared with bonding mortar should be laid from bottom to top, and the long side of the insulation mineral wool board should be laid in the horizontal direction;
     5.2 Vertical seams should be staggered by 1/2 of the board length or ≥200mm;
     5.3 The rock wool boards on both sides of the wall corner should be lapped in a staggered way, and the rock wool at the wall corner should be ensured vertical;
     5.4 The four corners of the openings such as doors and windows should be cut with a whole piece of rock wool board, and no splicing is allowed. The distance between the joints of the  insulation mineral wool board and the four corners of the opening should be greater than 200mm, and the width of other rock wool boards on the four sides of the opening should not be less than 200mm.
     5.5 Evenly apply pressure to fully paste the insulation mineral wool board to the base layer, and the compaction thickness of the bonding mortar should be controlled within 3mm;
     5.6 Keep check the flatness and verticality with a 2m leaning ruler and wire support. Correct it immediately if it does not meet the requirements;
     5.7 After being pasted, the adhesive mortar remaining on the board seam and the side of the board should be scraped off immediately;
     5.8 The gap between the insulation mineral wool board should be controlled within 1.5mm, and the height difference between the joints should be controlled within 1mm;
     5.9 If the seam width of insulation mineral wool board exceeds 1.5mm, fill the seam with rock wool strips of appropriate width and the strips shall not be bonded.
