Curtain wall stone wool board is indispensable in daily construction work. The following will introduce the construction steps of the curtain wall stone wool board.

     1.Process flow: wall surface treatment→measurement and setting-off→stone and steel joist installation→cutting stone wool board→ pasting stone wool board and fixing with plastic expansion bolts→stone wool board inspection and acceptance→dry hanging and gluing of stone→curtain wall project acceptance.
     2.The steel joist is measured and laid out according to the design requirements of the external wall of the building, and then the steel joist is installed.
     3. Curtain wall stone wool board cutting and installation: We cut the stone wool board according to the spacing of the steel joist, and then pave the stone wool board horizontally from bottom to top. Afterwards, the stone wool boards are connected in staggered way and fixed vertically from the corner of the wall. The stone wool boards are interlocked at the internal and external corners. The stone wool board at the four corners of the door and window openings cannot be spliced. At this area, we should use a whole stone wool board to cut and form the incision perpendicular to the board surface. The corners of the wall also need to be pasted and fixed with the same insulation board. The upper and lower boards should be arranged in staggered way, and the staggered distance is about 1/2 board length. The width of the narrow stone wool board for embedding shall not be less than 150mm.
     4.Curtain wall stone wool board fixing: the installation depth of curtain wall stone wool board anchors into the structural wall should be no less than 50mm. Usually choose 8×120mm plastic expansion bolts for anchoring, and use an electric hammer to drill holes in the outer wall with a hole diameter of 12mm; the hole depth is 120mm (including the thickness of the insulation board), so that the curtain wall stone wool board and the outer wall are tightly combined. After the anchor is tightened, the anchor should be 1~2mm lower than the surface of the stone wool board of the curtain wall.
