2. Application scope
This method is suitable for external thermal insulation projects such as paint finish and dry-hanging marble on the exterior wall of buildings. The exterior walls can be concrete walls and various masonry walls, and it is also suitable for energy-saving renovation projects of various existing buildings.
3. Process principle
The insulation stone wool exterior wall thermal insulation system uses stone wool as the main thermal insulation material, and uses anchors and bonding mortar to fix the stone wool board; after the insulation stone wool is fixed, the surface of the stone wool board is processed to enhance the water resistance and surface strength of the insulation stone wool, and the bonding problem between the insulation stone wool board and the rubber powder polystyrene particle leveling layer is effectively solved. The surface layer is leveled with the polystyrene particle thermal insulation slurry, which overcomes the fact that the surface load of the stone wool board should not be too large, and at the same time makes it light in weight, flame retardant, fireproof, crack-proof, and cost-reduced. The anti-crack protective layer is made of anti-crack mortar composite coated with alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh to form the anti-crack protective layer, which has good anti-crack performance. Apply elastic primer that can effectively prevent liquid water from entering, and the finishing layer is flexible and water-resistant putty and elastic paint.
