Insulation basalt wool is a new favorite in the construction industry. Because of its good characteristics, it is widely used in all walks of life. What should we pay attention to during construction?

     When insulating some pipes, we should ensure that there is no leakage, and the surface of pipe is dry and free of rust. When these conditions are met, we can conduct construction of insulation basalt wool on the pipe! If we want to conduct thermal insulation outdoors, we should try to avoid construction in rainy days. If it is  inevitable, we should take rain-proof measures! If the temperature of the object to be insulated is more than 200 ℃, then the insulation basalt wool must be provided with appropriate external protection, so as to avoid its density change due to expansion! For objects with high weight, if its temperature is higher than 200 ℃, we should add moisturizing nails, and the outer protection should be tight. If the object to be insulated is placed vertically and the height is relatively moderate, its insulation layer must be provided with positioning support, and the spacing should not exceed three meters, to prevent the insulation material from moving downward when it vibrates!
