Construction acceptance of thermal insulation basaltwool board

     1. Division of inspection
     According to the requirements of the building energy-saving construction quality acceptance regulations, the external wall insulation project of the same material, technology and construction conditions shall be an inspection lot according to the wall area of 500~1000m2.
     2. Material acceptance and retest
     2.1 The variety and technical performance of various materials entering the site should meet the relevant quality requirements of the rock wool board insulation system.
     2.2 For the rock wool board and adhesive materials used at the project site, their performance shall be inspected and sampled for re-testing when entering the site, and a complete set of system test reports shall be set for each monomer. The specific test items are as follows:
     1) Insulation basaltwool board: thermal conductivity, density, compressive strength or compressive strength and combustion performance of insulation basaltwool board;
     2) Mortar: dry state bonding strength and bonding strength after 48h soaking in water (with waterproof cement mortar);
     3) Plastering mortar, anti-cracking mortar, interface mortar, alkali-resistant mesh cloth: dry state bonding strength and bonding strength after 48h soaking in water (with waterproof cement mortar).
     4) Bonding strength of the board:tensile strength;
     5) Testing of anchor pulling force;
     6) On-site inspection.
