     4. The installation of the anchors must be carried out 24 hours after rock wool insulation board is installed to ensure that the bonding mortar can fully exert the bonding strength. The fixed position and quantity of anchors should meet the design requirements.
     5. The configured plastering mortar is evenly scraped on the surface of the rock wool insulation board with a stainless steel trowel (the thickness is about 1~2mm), while the surface is not dry, press the mesh cloth into the wet plastering glue, and insert the mesh into the plastering mortar with a batch knife, and wait for it to dry, when the mortar is touchable (double-layer plastering, double-layer mesh cloth), use an electric drill to drill holes on the surface of the mesh cloth and install expansion anchors. When the bottom anti-cracking mortar is fully dried, start to apply the surface anti-cracking mortar. The mortar is required to fully cover the mesh cloth. The total thickness of the surface mortar should be controlled at ≥5mm (1.5+1.5+2). Then press it flat and polish.
     6. It is strictly forbidden to make holes or nails on the external insulation wall finished with surface mortar.
Next issue we will continue to introduce key points of construction of rock wool insulation board. Pls stay tuned.
