External wall insulation rock wool board is a rock wool board for external wall thermal insulation. It is class A non-combustible fireproof thermal insulation material. It has high compressive and tensile strength, low water and moisture absorption, good dimensional stability, good aging resistance and doesn’t have thermal expansion or contraction. It is compatible with the external wall system, and provides effective heat preservation and energy saving, fire prevention and extreme weather protection for the building.

6. Pasting of external wall insulation rock wool board
According to the characteristics of the project, the sticking method of rock wool can be strip pasting method. Use a serrated trowel to coat the surface of each rock wool board with a cement with a width of about 80mm. The thickness of the cement is about 5mm~12mm, and the spacing between the bonding strips is about 120mm. The bonding effective area of the rock wool board with wall must be over 50%. After the rock wool board is pasted, check and adjust the verticality with a thread drop. Hang the horizontal control line between the two ends of the board. The insulation board should be pasted horizontally to ensure continuous integration, and the upper and lower rows of insulation boards should be vertically staggered. When non-standard size rock wool board required, the rock wool board can be cut into required size on site. The size of rock wool board at the corner of the whole wall shall not be less than 200mm.
7. Galvanized steel wire mesh installation
After the external wall insulation rock wool board is pasted, the wire mesh with a wire diameter of 2mm and a wire hole of 50mm is bound with steel wires at a distance of 500mm.
8. Installation of anchors
The installation of anchors should be carried out 72 hours after the rock wool board is pasted.
