External wall rock wool board is a rock wool board for external wall thermal insulation. It is class A non-combustible fireproof thermal insulation material. It has high compressive and tensile strength, low water and moisture absorption, good dimensional stability, good aging resistance and doesn’t have thermal expansion or contraction. It is compatible with the external wall system, and provides effective heat preservation and energy saving, fire prevention and extreme weather protection for the building.

     9. Leveling layer
     The external wall rock wool board is coated with 20mm thick rubber powder polystyrene particles to provide a waterproof and anti-cracking performance protective layer, which will make better combination with the plastering mortar and prevent hollowing and cracking.
     10. Laying alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth
     Spread the mixed surface mortar evenly on the surface of the external wall rock wool board, and press the mesh cloth into the surface mortar. At the corners of doors, windows, etc., an extra layer of mesh cloth should be added in advance along the 45° direction. After finishing the construction of the surface mortar and alkali-resistant mesh cloth, protect the finished construction and leave it for no less than 24 hours before proceeding to the next process.
     11. Finishing layer construction
     The exterior wall insulation system made of external wall rock wool board can use decorative mortar as the finishing layer, and the construction is from top to bottom. And can also use paint as finishing layer. After the first layer of plastering layer is dry, the construction of water-resistant putty can be carried out. After the surface of the flexible water-resistant putty is dry, scrape the putty a second time and polish it with sandpaper. Finally, paint the surface layer. The surface coating should be stirred evenly with a special stirrer. The surface coating construction with roller should start from the top of the wall and proceed to bottom.
