The application of insulation basalt wool board is relatively wide. What are its production processes? Below is our introduction.
1. The three-dimensional production method of insulation basalt wool board is based on the pendulum method. The uncured rock wool fiber layer formed by stacking is mechanically changed to change the distribution direction of the rock wool fiber layer to make the rock wool fiber layer evenly distributed. The phenolic slate rock wool fiber layer produced by the three-dimensional method is tight and not easy to layer or peel, so it is far ahead of products produced by other production processes in terms of strength and various parameters.
2. The production of insulation basalt wool board by the sedimentation method refers to various natural rocks that are melted into liquid at high temperature and then spun into rock wool fiber by a centrifuge, and piled into rock wool fiber piles on the conveyor belt of the sedimentation chamber. After reaching a certain thickness, it enters the curing furnace through the pressure roller and mixes with appropriate amount of admixtures such as binder, dustproof agent and water repellent to form rock wool board.
3. The pendulum production method of insulation basalt wool board is based on the sedimentation method. The wool collecting method is improved. The thinner rock wool fiber layer is collected by the collecting belt first, and then layered and compacted by the pendulum to reach a certain level. The number and thickness of the layer are then pressed by a pressure roller, enter the curing furnace to solidify, and then undergo cooling, cutting, packaging and other processes to make a finished product.
